    Marathon recovery. Still feeling pretty beat up. Ran with Heather and it was all I could do to maintain 10:00/mile pace.

    Marathon time! A good race. A bit warm, but that didn't really come into play until miles 18+. Felt good about pacing until the end. Happy overall.

    My first brick workout. Did an hour and a half on the bike, then ran a 5k. Legs felt very weird. Happy with the pace once I got into it, but the first mile was very odd.

    9 mile recovery run. Nice and easy. Legs were a bit tired after the 20k, but overall a decent run.

    First hot day of the year. Felt like it. Ran with some new Catalyst folks. Took it nice and easy.

    Spring has arrived! Ran 3 to warm up, then 5 with FOO, then 3 more with Jenny and Sarah. Then ran back to the car. Route was a bit wonky as a result, but a good run overall.

    Ran with Coach Sean and Kelly. Needed to get out and stretch the legs after the hills Wednesday. Still feeling the burn.

    Hillwork at Edgewood. Ouch. What a great workout! Hill rep followed by either squats, lunges or push-ups. Cooked.

    Mike and I for 5. Both of us were still feeling the effects of the 10k race, but managed through it.

    Started with a lap by myself, then two with the pace group. A solid, steady pace effort. A good run after the legs loosened up from racing the previous day.

    One of the best events of the year. Ran with Dave, Marc, Mary and Mike. New 10k PR. By 2:26! Run felt great. Thought I started a bit fast, but was able to hold. Awesome.

    Ran with Zeus' SISU group instead of driving to Middleton. A good group. Some very fast people. Legs felt strong. Weather was mediocre.

    A sad, sad day. Needed to vent some energy and anger. Two Arb loops did the trick. Sad. Run was good. Completely exhausting.
