    Getting back into it. Actually ran outside tonight, with a friend. I don't like the cool weather, but it's better than snow.

    Still super sore from yoga two days ago, but did the same session again today.

    Decided to try yoga this morning. The session was laughable, but I'm glad I did it. Still shaking. :)
