    tired Treadmill Again 3 mi 00:42 14:00 pace

    I was proud to finally pass the 2 mile mark but it was hard. I had to alternate between sprinting at 4 mph and 6 mph. I did meet my goal of running 7 miles this week.

      You're doing great! That baby is still pretty darn small. With time you will get stronger.

    I seem to be a bit slower when its 5 am :( . Oh well...two more miles down for the week.
