Well, I really wanted to run three miles, but I didn't have my headphones (which I'm trying to get past using) and seemed to get demotivated too soon. I tried to repeat a mantra in my head and keep going every quarter a mile, but no dice. BOOOO. Instead, I just kept going trying to walk as far as I could. Settled on doing a 2.5 out and back for a grand total of five miles. Oh well. Keep the focus and move on with the next day!
