    Not sure on time, went total of 6 miles, but did intervals of 3 minutes and 5 minutes with Megan. Felt great!!!

    Ran alone which means I started out too fast. Not so good at pacing myself. Then forced to later. Good run overall. Of course, my fast now was my slow 3 years ago... But I will get there...

    I definitely notice the difference when running alone versus running with Corey. Hit my stride a mile in, but that first mile was tough both physically and mentally. I need to get outside too...
