    Ran my first mile around the lake in about 7 minutes, in the middle of the second one I felt a bit nauseated-- possibly too much exertion after the pilates.

      LOL Oh yeah! You are brave! I've never used the reformer. I'm going to find out how much the classes are at my gym.
