Did the first 4 miles of the Reedy River 10K course then met up with my coach to try to figure out why I'm struggling so much. So she had me do 45 strides with 30" rest for about a mile to prove that I can average a 10 min pace this way.


I wonder if we have the same coach Erica?! Awesome job this morning!
