    Missed about a week and a half of my training schedule because of visits to the dentist mouth still sore but i was able to get in 5 miles if all goes well I have a 8 miles on deck for Sunday. :)

    I was trying to get in 2.9 miles for leap year but only had time for 1.9 before requests for breakfast from the kids. Maybe i will find some time to squeeze in another mile later. :)
