    I'v been nursing minor pain in my upper right thigh all week. This morning was the first time I felt I could run. It felt good getting back on the pavement but felt so so physically.

    I decided at the last minute to run over to the BGR Bedstuy group run. Got in about a mile and a quarter while the sun was still up. Then lead the ladies on a three mile loop. Felt good and energized!
