Attempted a Yasso with 3.5 weeks to go until St. George. It was a muggy one out there and GI issues pre-run didn't leave me feeling the strongest. Was all over the place as far as pacing, but somewhat consistent maybe. Did 2WU and 1.75 cool down. The 800m splits were: 3:04, 3:11, 3:17, 3:19, 3:27, 3:27, 3:22, 3:22, 3:28, 3:32
