  15. I had the knee scoped today. Doc said everything went well. Looking forward to rehab and getting back in the groove. Nice and easy though .

      Eric, I hope the surgery is a success and that you are back on your feet before you know it. I've had several friends who've undergone a similar surgery, and with great outcomes once everything was heal. Just be sure to follow doctors' orders.

      Wow! That is quite the fall! I had arthroscopic surgery to remove floating and damaged cartilage as a teenager but didn't become a runner until many many years later. Get those damaged pieces removed so the healing can begin! :-)

      do what you've gotta do, right? easypeasy is better than not being able to run at all. besides - keeping it light is good for the running soul. :)
