    So tough to get back into posting! Last week I did about 30 ish miles. But I didn't post one workout! This run was a shake out from the week. It was a little sore but I got it done

    My legs were still not feeling it this morning, glad to have a rest day tomorrow! + 15 minute NTC workout and 3 mile cycle.

    + 30 minute #NTC workout. My legs were pretty stiff this morning and in general just not wanting to move. They started to feel better 3 miles into my 4 mile run. #fail

    + NTC workout. The knee was sore when I was standing but I told myself if I run and it huts to STOP. Well it never hurt and I was able to get in 4 great miles!
