    Felt great to run without the humidity and cooler temps. Will run the distance a few more times and hopefully by Friday or Sunday run about 12 miles at the same pace.

    Great weather to run in. Waited till night for the temp to lower. Ran without ipod and listened to crickets instead, enjoyed it. Pace was slower than normal but it felt good.

    Need new shoes. The ones I have are giving me blisters on the inside of the foot. Still adjusting to the humid temp outside. All and all the run felt good.

    Nice night but a little humid. Have not ran in two weeks, it felt so good to run. I was giving my shin splint a rest. Leg feels great now. Can't wait to go on my next run.
