    Swim was trail had to walk 50m before able to swim but it was good. Best time for me so far got out nearly at 30mins. At least I see some improvements with my strokes.

    Final recon on route. Ran/walk/picture taking on 90% of the route. It's a tough route if your running in it by mid day. Some segments are just not run able. Hope to get it finish below 2 hours.

    500mx10 steep climbs, downhill in between to rest. Very tired after the workout.

    Mastered the walking in the technical area. Hahaha! Estimated 25mins there from Lataban entrance to barangay sta cruz exit. Climb from cabadjangan to Lataban was around 8 to 10 mins.

    Went back to the route with TTb mates and team Boyek mike and Ericsson. Ligid ligid ginagmay. Samad napod but it was a good ride. Need to have my bike fix with robomiller again.

    First time to recon the bike segment. Tough route. Super uphills and very technical downhills on loose and sharp rocks. BEST ROUTE EVER! I've never felt so gay. Nabayot Ko kadiyot sa downhills!!!
