    Holy hannah, it's quite toasty out! I love when my bad habits catch up to me. Certainly not my best, but at least I got out there! Now time for a little strength training!

    Well, my bum isn't totally healed yet, but it's doing much better. Took it easy today, trying to get back into the swing of things. Signed up for a 5k next weekend so no more slacking!

      Thanks! I did a 10k trail race last weekend (first race ever!) and I was really worried my fall would effect it, but it turned out that I felt pretty good! I'm doing the race in Defiance. I didn't find out about it till last week!

    Felt awesome! Did stop for about 20mins at church after about 1.75 miles & met up with Maria & Marianne. Just subtracted that from my time. Only walked once, but for a very short time.
