Slow, but awesome!! Didn't feel like hitting up the monotony of the elliptical and it's about 29 degrees outside, so I threw on some layers and off I went. The sidewalks are completely clear except for a little ice (and who doesn't like a little mid-run skate?), so not bad at all. Definitely could have kept going..and I'm actually not sure why I didn't.
