I would like to announce that after eating a lot of junk food and not working out enough I feel tremendously out of shape. Did 15 minutes fast, jogged a lap, walked a lap, and then did another 13ish, 14ish minutes at a decent pace. Felt good, but looking forward to warm weather and getting back into things. I'm going on a trip for Spring Break, so I'm not sure how much time I'll have for working out, but hopefully some!
