Mileage is a guess. Did some negative splits - first 20 minutes slower with a friend and then she stopped, so I picked it up for the next 17 min. Lifted. Skipped abs today. YAY working out and YAY warm temps!

Mileage is a guess -- wouldn't have gone running if it wasn't for Brodie W! The temp had dropped and sun was setting by the time I got done working, but I went anyway thanks to BW. Felt pretty good -- getting anxious for warm weather!
