Upright row 4 x 10 with 30kg
Tricep extn - 2 x 10 per arm with 10kg
Lat pull down - 8 with 137lbs, 6 with 150lbs and 4 with 162lbs (couldn't physically do any more!)
DB bench press - 2 x 10 and 1 x 7 with 40kg
Calf raises in leg press - 3 x 10 with 170lbs
Bicep curls - 1 x 20 per arm with 14kg per arm
