      You gave yourself a pretty tough goal for your second HM. You took 4 minutes off your time - that's awesome! You'll do great next month in Miami.

      That's great motivation for your race on the 6th. Just make sure you account for those extra pounds you will carry if you don't do speedwork right after you stuff yourself on turkey.
