    Did a warmup mile, then broken toe started tipping, so I did burpees, push-ups, planks, slam balls, kettle bell swings, jump rope.

    Broken pinky toe felt ok for first 3/4 of the run, but started to get achy so had to lower the pace. Great weather!!!

    Then sets of slam ball, bosu ball burpees, wall balls, ball throws against the wall, hand stand holds, planks, and more. Had the whole training center to myself!

    Ran a 3.23 loop with Julie, then ran the same loop again after she had to leave. 10:13 average pace on first loop, 8:32 on the second loop.
