    Three of us slogging it out in the early morning heat and humidity! Couldn't do this run without friends and good chatter!

    After Pump class, I did a shorty on the treadmill and was thrilled that my knee felt fine, for the first time in awhile!

    3+ minutes of up and down stairs with dumbbells, then 10 rounds of 10 push-ups, 10 burpees, and 10 kettle bell swings. Finished with prone and side planks and exercise ball ab work.
