    Shouldn't have got on today. Aggrevated my already sore calf. Ran a bit but had to stop. Feel like crap now.

    I JOGGED a whole mile!! I'm so proud of myself. My calves are on fire and my tailbone is killing me, but I feel GREAT!! :)

      Sure hope it gets better soon! Are you wearing good shoes? (I have no idea if that would cause anything with your tailbone, I'm grasping at straws here.)

      Sorry, just now seeing this! I did get some new shoes, and ran again today. NO pain! :) I guess that could have been it, or maybe taking taking it easy yesterday. Felt good though!

    Today's goal was 10,000 steps. I got in 12,197! Starting to feel better everytime I get a good workout in. :)
