    W2D2 - First outdoor run of the spring. Felt way better than I expected. Broke in my new running shoes :)

    Tried to move up to L2 until 6 min, then had to bump it down. I used to not be able to make it 10 min on L1 w/o taking at least 6 breaks, though :)

      Don't worry about a bad day just keep at it and you'll be doing that 5k like it's a walk around the block. There comes a magic moment to every new runner when they find they just ran a mile that was both easy and fun! Keep up he good work!
