This was a hill workout consisting of 6 hill repeats, a warm-up, and a cool-down. I expected the overall pace to be slower than my recent runs because of the recoveries, warm-up, and cool-down, but it's pretty much still the same pace. I can't escape it!


it's a good pace! Especially considering the hill repeats, etc.
