Hill workouts are always the hardest for me to get excited for. But once I get going, I always feel good. This one was no exception, and I definitely felt stronger than last week. 5 repeats, up from last week's 4 :)

Great work! I need to find some hills that don't require me to drive 30 minutes to get to in order to do a workout. Great job on the increase!

Oh, yeah, driving 30 minutes just to get to hills is a bummer. I sometimes get annoyed because there are hills everywhere I run, but that would annoy me more!
