After missing my long run yesterday, I feel pretty bad about myself in general. This morning was not a really great run. The pace is fine but I have no idea how I managed it--I felt like I was just pushing and pushing the whole time without getting anywhere. Very discouraging.


you are probably at a point where that pace is just a natural pace for you. Don't worry about your mileage as long as you can keep running as regularly as you feel you want to. You are doing great!
