A good run--I was a little tired and my stomach is sort of weird today but it didn't bother me while I was running. Central Park is all set up for the marathon this weekend so it was a lot of fun to run through the prep areas and see the bleachers, flags, finish line, etc.


Yay for good runs! Don't forget to work some weight training in there, too! You would be surprised at how much that helps to condition you. but you are doing great!

It's so true...I am terrible about weight training and I know it would be so helpful and I also know it is really important! I swear I am going to start any day now ;)
