    The doctor says no running for at least another week, so elliptical it is. Hopefully knee will feel better in time to still do this marathon in march.

      Yay Vibrams! I out to break mine back out sometime. I'll use them when I do workout DVDs so my feet slide less on the carpet but I haven't run in them in months.

    Middle three miles were 8:06, 8:20, 8:17. So that, plus warm-up and cool-down. (Was actually supposed to do 6 today, but I figured I could shorten it, since half-marathon is on Sunday.)
