    Decent run with Maya in jog stroller, felt a little better than yesterday, but probably need to take a rest day. Also did Yoga melt down earlier.

    Did a running clinic in the morning then the lake that afternoon. Left over pizza wasnt a great pre run meal, had some indigestion while running, but it was alright.

    Had been sick and didnt really feel recovered yet, so there was no expectation for this run, but it went really well. Felt great, the one hour time included warm up and cool down.

    Did first 30 minutes of Yogap90x, then ran at rec center. Good run, did a hill workout at a 6 for first 10min. then 6.5 for remainder. Hills were between a 1 and 3.6. Feel exhausted now though.

    Really good run, I think thats the fastest I have ever run the lake, at least while keeping track. Beautiful evening run. Speed work.

    really well, went after dark with Griffin, he was really naughty at first, but then he was fine and I didnt time myself, but it felt fast.

    Waited too long to go and it was so hot and miserable. cant remember a worse run, worried honestly about heat exhaustion.
