      The YMCA was empty this morning. For the first time in 4 years my Saturday class was canceled because there weren't enough people for class. I hope that everyone is at the Race for the Cure!

    7 am-ish. I was sore but didn't give up! I ran just under 10 minute miles, but never got my exact pace.

    Very beautiful run- DC trails and city. The trails smelled like cilantro! I had some goo and a shot block too! Under 10 minute miles- I can't remember exactly.
