To train the half marathon distance at a nice and easy pace for me and then to finish under 2 hours when I actually sign up for a race.
Running: 3way race in '14 and beat times of '13 - flying pig (Cincy OH) plus raleigh half. Weight goal: 140.
To bench 135. Working on squat and DL goals:)
Just getting started-working on speed and distance.
