To train the half marathon distance at a nice and easy pace for me and then to finish under 2 hours when I actually sign up for a race.
Running: 5K/10K/Half Marathon - all in one weekend - flying pig (Cincy OH) - Weight: Need to get back down to the 140ish mark.
To bench 135. Working on squat and DL goals:)
Just getting started-working on speed and distance.
