    Legs were responding well even though the left ankle was still sore from last weekend's marathon. I was able to run pretty well through 9 miles. The last 4 miles or so were pretty bad.

    Ran the first 5k hard, then coasted through 10k. After that it was kind of a grind getting through the second half, but glad that I was able to get back under 2 hrs for the half marathon.

    Had headaches again by 5k. Slowed it down and kept it steady. Did much better than expected. Cramped finally settled in starting at about mile 23.

    Left foot was sore from yesterday and the right hip was also not feeling too hot. Started taking walk breaks pretty early at about mile 2. They changed the course again. I like this version of it.

      You need to give yourself a rest. Don't make these injuries me. I've been out for 6 months.

    Ran hard for the first 5k and tried to hang on. The right IT band however got pretty tight.

    My 4th NYC Marathon. Ran a personal worst for this course. Dealt with leg and foot cramps.
