    After the first 5k, the left ankle just got way too sore. I had to gut it out just to finish.

    Out in 15:16, back in 14:44. Goal was 30 easy minutes. Legs felt incredibly tired but felt better the further I ran. Maybe it was because I wore an old pair of Brooks.

    2nd half marathon in a weekend double. Goal was to finish around 2 hrs. Unfortunately the right hip started hurting about 2 miles in. Had to jog it in. I liked the hilly but beautiful course.

    Out 15:02, back 14:26. Kept it slow going out and just cruised in at a slightly faster pace. There's some lingering soreness in the right ankle still, but all in all everything felt good.
