    Way too humid. Was getting light headed at mile 4. Had to slow way down. Might not want to run this race ever again!

    Out in 13:55, back in 14:08. I should've run at 4am. Instead I took a nap and roasted on this short run. I'm sweating as if I jumped into a swimming pool. Otherwise everything felt good.

    Through the halfway feeling pretty good at a little over 1:50. Then everything fell apart with leg cramps starting from mile 16 on.

    I haven't run this route in a long time. I remember when it used to feel a lot harder. As a side note: cars are one of worst inventions by man. :)
