    Went out hard on that first mile uphill. Legs felt like rubber from those climbs, but was able to sustain a decent consistent effort throughout the race.

    Just a run at a whatever pace felt comfortable. My legs like to run at about a 8:30 min per mile pace. The run felt much better with cooler temps.

    Way too hot and humid to be racing. My head felt like it was going to explode after 2 miles. I had to take off my visor.

    Dealt with nausea and gas from mile 2 and on. Dealt with the urge to poop starting from about 4 am. Left ankle bothered me the most during the final 10k. Watch time was 5:47:32.
