    Everything was okay until about mile 8... the right leg started giving me problems. I pretty much had to jog the last few miles as the IT band was getting pretty tight.

    Still cold, but was much more tolerable without the wind. I made sure to get further up to the front so I wouldn't get stuck behind walkers.

    It was cold and windy. It felt great once we started running. A bit crowded at the beginning but was able to get past the crowd in the first mile.

    Concrete 5, me 0. For the fifth year in a row the concrete course was very difficult for me to run on. It kept hurting my right knee.

    Out 14:01, back 13:33. I thought I was moving slower than yesterday, but ended up running faster. I guess this was good training for the upcoming Dopey's Challenge.

    My back has been bothering me so I decided to run the short route. Out 14:03, back 13:46. There was a chill in the air which felt really nice.

    It was a soaker, rain from start to finish. Throw in some strong gusts of wind as well. Otherwise I ran a pretty good race according to my standards.

    Another cold race. A pretty hilly but scenic course. I was able to keep running/jogging for almost the entire 26.2 miles.

    I attempted to run a 1:42, but could not hold on to that pace after mile 4. The climbs seemed a bit easier this year.

    Pretty flat course except for a couple climbs around the halfway turnaround. 90% of the course was on a fairly scenic bike path. The elevation got to me a little bit, had a headache around mile 14.
