    Left foot still sore, but feeling better. Legs felt good until they started feeling heavy by mile 8. As usual, the legs were cramping up on the out and back to Mercer Island.

    Pretty high humidity 85%. The legs quit on me after reaching mile 9. Left foot is still a bit sore but getting better. The calves were cramping up on the final stretch.

    There's a reason why I don't run too many marathon doubles. They hurt! My right quad was so sore during the final 10k. I barely made it under my goal of 5 hrs.
