    I attempted to run a 1:42, but could not hold on to that pace after mile 4. The climbs seemed a bit easier this year.

    Pretty flat course except for a couple climbs around the halfway turnaround. 90% of the course was on a fairly scenic bike path. The elevation got to me a little bit, had a headache around mile 14.

    What a scenic run from Cascais to Lisbon, Portugal. Too bad I felt really sluggish from the very first step.

    Left Achilles was sore. I had a lot of trouble coming up Trabuco. Trail running is so much different from road running.

    The left Achilles has been bothering me, so I didn't go all out for this 5k. It was hilly tour of the infamous Dodger Stadium parking lot.

    Felt sluggish from the get go. Made it to mile 20 feeling relatively okay, but then had legs cramps that took about 3 miles to get rid of before the legs could run again.
