    Out 14:39, back 14:35. Held a steady pace. Pretty good run considering I had a bout of diarrhea last night... I wonder what was it that I ate.

    Left foot still sore, but feeling better. Legs felt good until they started feeling heavy by mile 8. As usual, the legs were cramping up on the out and back to Mercer Island.

    The altitude got to me by mile 2. It got pretty warm near the end of the race. Left foot felt okay, but still sore.

    Pretty high humidity 85%. The legs quit on me after reaching mile 9. Left foot is still a bit sore but getting better. The calves were cramping up on the final stretch.

    Well, that was a lousy run. Out 13:54, back 14:22. Both feet were feeling sore on the way back.

    Went out a bit too fast. Paid for it in the last three miles where I averaged almost 9 min miles.

    There's a reason why I don't run too many marathon doubles. They hurt! My right quad was so sore during the final 10k. I barely made it under my goal of 5 hrs.
