    Out in 13:55, back in 14:08. I should've run at 4am. Instead I took a nap and roasted on this short run. I'm sweating as if I jumped into a swimming pool. Otherwise everything felt good.

    Mt Baldy will have to wait. For now I'll stick to the not-so-mean streets of Diamond Bar and Rowland Heights. I thought that I started early enough, but it got quite toasty on the way back.

    Through the halfway feeling pretty good at a little over 1:50. Then everything fell apart with leg cramps starting from mile 16 on.

    I haven't run this route in a long time. I remember when it used to feel a lot harder. As a side note: cars are one of worst inventions by man. :)
