    Nice beautiful course, but it was very crowded. Left ankle tendinitis. Bonked after 10 good miles. Glad to be on this side of the 2 hr mark.

    Legs were responding well even though the left ankle was still sore from last weekend's marathon. I was able to run pretty well through 9 miles. The last 4 miles or so were pretty bad.

    Ran the first 5k hard, then coasted through 10k. After that it was kind of a grind getting through the second half, but glad that I was able to get back under 2 hrs for the half marathon.
