    Pretty high humidity 85%. The legs quit on me after reaching mile 9. Left foot is still a bit sore but getting better. The calves were cramping up on the final stretch.

    Well, that was a lousy run. Out 13:54, back 14:22. Both feet were feeling sore on the way back.

    There's a reason why I don't run too many marathon doubles. They hurt! My right quad was so sore during the final 10k. I barely made it under my goal of 5 hrs.
