  2. RUN
tired Team RWB Eagle Charge 7 miler 7.12 mi 01:12 10:03 pace

If it weren't for a great cause, I would've just sat at home. The right IT band was giving me problems at the beginning, but it loosened up a bit and was tolerable for the rest of the run... read more

  7. RUN
injured San Diego Rock n' Roll Marathon 26.2 mi 05:48 13:17 pace

  8. RUN
injured Laguna Hills Memorial Day Hal... 13.1 mi 02:10 09:56 pace

Still having problems with the left foot and the right hip. First 10k went ok, but it was tough after that to the finish line.

  9. RUN

Somebody get this leprechaun off of my back! I felt really out of shape. The left foot felt ok until about mile 2. The right hip also felt ok, but did not feel 100%. Where are my cookies? :)

  10. RUN
injured Tinker Bell Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:28 11:18 pace

      Kimiko P. Congrats

Congrats on finishing under such horrible circumstances! RICE that right hip immediately. I think I strained my right hip after the marathon on Saturday. I'm walking on crutches right now. Congrats on your legacy status! That's awesome!

Thanks. I hope your hip feels better! I'm really wiped out by the food poisoning to really care about the hip. In fact, the hip felt better after the race, but I still have trouble going up and down stairs.

  11. RUN
    tired Tinker Bell 10k 6.2 mi 00:53 08:32 pace

I felt really out of shape. By mile 3, I was starting to struggle. Still dealing with the usual sore left foot and sore right hip. The right hip was really bothering me during the last two miles.

  12. RUN
tired Lincoln Marathon 26.2 mi 05:01 11:28 pace

Even though I didn't start the race with the usual fast first mile... per the usual, I had trouble with the left foot and the right hip starting from about mile 9-10. There was light rain for ... read more

  16. walk
alright Autism Speaks Walk 2.19 mi 00:43 19:50 pace

My first walking event. It was both cool and sad to see so many people at the event. Life is hard enough without having to go through it with autism. I got to meet several of the ABC7 news anchors.

  17. RUN
injured Rose Bowl Loop 3.13 mi 00:27 08:36 pace

I ran the Rose Bowl Loop before the Autism Speaks Walk to see how my left foot and right hip is feeling. The foot is still sore, but I could still run.

Damn, wish I had known you were running. Would have looked for you and said Hi. Hope you had a good time even if the body had other ideas.
