    The race was pretty enjoyable after I got through the initial log jam which took about 10k. I had problems with the right foot late in the race. Besides that, it felt very easy.

    My right leg was bothering as were the strong winds but managed to run a PR. It threatened to rain, but stopped just as the race started.

    One of the best training runs I've had in a long long time. Pace felt easy but the calves are still a bit tight. Out 13:54, back 13:34.

    I love this race! Finally they put the men starting in corral B instead of C. Felt great for the entire race, although the legs started feeling heavy in the final 2 miles.

    Dopey did a number on me. Everything was pretty much okay until around mile 21 where I started feeling faint and dizzy when I started to run. I had to walk a lot of the final 4 or so miles.

    Ouch... felt very beat up from the cement bike path. Hip flexors were pretty sore after about 10k. A rough run, but it was to support a great cause.

    The temps were pretty perfect. My right quad was giving me issues around mile 14 probably due to the many hills. I do not like the gravel section during the 6 tunnels.
