It felt good to get out there and go again, but I had a hard time controlling my breathing after the second 5 min running session. We walked 5, ran 4.5, walked 3, ran 5, then walked and ran randomly the rest of the way. My running partner had a bad hip flexor cramp and I haven't run in almost 2 weeks... so we weren't able to keep going too well.
