Hi Em! It's not easy to fit everything into 24 hours in a day, but you can do it! Take one day at a time-- don't get overwhelmed by looking too far ahead! It's going to happen for you because you WANT to make it happen

Ran it with friends - 90 sec walk/3 min run... pretty cool! Had fun!

This was a hard workout - I'm not sure of the milage, but this is an average for a spin class. The workout was a lot of standing sprints and pushing at a sit! Whew!
