    Me - running in the Ramblin' Rose Triathlon this past weekend.

    Felt pretty good, walked some - obviously. I put forth some extra effort though, and I think it's helped me improve my time. One week until my Sprint Triathlon in Huntersville!

      Hi Em! It's not easy to fit everything into 24 hours in a day, but you can do it! Take one day at a time-- don't get overwhelmed by looking too far ahead! It's going to happen for you because you WANT to make it happen
