Core & Legs
Got to the gym before work but wasn't feeling it today. Did my core and leg program which were harder than usual. Hopped on the treadmill but felt some pain in my right ankle....just wasn't mentally into it this morning.
Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be nice so hopefully I'll get outside.


You're doing great! Good for you that you got the workout done this morning and while feeling a little yucky! Hope the ankle feels better soon!
