Nice chilly running, Elodie! The downside of getting accustomed by this winter's mild temps-- I'm sure you really notice it when it goes the other way like that! Most winters, today would probably seem like nothing to you.

Another great run. We've had some spectacular spring days in January and February. It makes running outside so much nicer. It won't be long before we're running in shorts ;)

Wow, you have nice drivers. When we were out in the snow on Sunday we got honked at and given the finger twice. But I like to hear how people are friendly and perhaps 'pointy snow' makes the difference. :)

Thanks all, I'm not going to wait until it gets easier. I'm gonna pick a new pacing partner right away. :)
As for the total distance, most of the miles were very easy. The intervals were awful but it was only a couple of miles, I recovered pretty thoroughly at my usual 11mpm lope.18 days ago • Like
