First 6 felt great. Had a 9:10 overall pace at the turn. Ended up with a 9:22 overall pace for the run. There were a couple of really hard miles in there. What a great morning for a run!

Amanda, I saw you but on the way out there was a biker that zoomed between your group and me. I hate when they don't announce themselves. Then on the way back, I think we were both too tired. I went by you on the way back just after you past the highway 2 bridge. Nice job out there.

These tempo runs always seem to end up being uphill during my tempo. The tempo ended up around an 8:30 pace which I felt good about.
