Great news. Brighton 1/2 Marathon organisers admitted the distance error in the course and have amended finishing times. I've now a brand spanking new PB of 1:32:26! Over 2 minutes faster than my previous best. :-)

    Congrats! You officially have plenty of speed to go sub-3:20. Now you have to go long a lot to catch that endurance up.

    The big long runs are fast approaching, last time I only did 1x 20 miler in training, I'm aiming for 3 this time around. Oh, good advice on the new trainers, I wore them and no problems, they can't have done my time any harm either.
