    Overcrowded class - couldn't see/hear instructor so really just did my own thing for half the class. 45 min intervals on elliptical. Lots of sit-ups at home.

    Quick run/trot track after class. Warm-up & cool down laps (walk), trotted a few laps, sprinted a lap. Meh. :::so-so hand gesture::: Gots work to do.

    Post T-day paddle. Stroked (grumble). 7 or 8'ish miles: oil rig, SB pier, then breakfast with Iris, Reny, TK. First time paddling in a while - elbow felt pretty good.
