      Missed you ... I came barreling down Towers (crossed over on West Ridge from Horsetooth) at about 12. I did run into Eric though! Was great to ride with him for a few miles. Nice run up Towers today Ellen! Never a pleasant body experience ... :)

      Oh, very cool. Last fall/winter I was helping a friend out with her catering business. It was fun! You got a degree in dietetics, right? I know someone who got the same degree who went on to work for WIC. Not sure if that's the route you want to take, but it's potentially an option.

    8.5 miles of commuting, and T and I did a 20 mile ride ending at the New Belgium mountain bike series, where we got to cheer on Eric, Mitch and Andre B. again! Beers and bikes, I love Tuesdays :)
