    Sleep eluded me so took the opportunity to run at 3:30 this morning. Mile warm-up followed by 4 miles at 9:13 and a mile cool-down. Now for some coffee and the day ahead.

    4 x 1 at TP. 3-minute recovery. 1 mile warm up and 1.25 mile cool down at recovery pace. Legs were sore this morning but they improved over the course of the run.
