Already doing better than I did at the ING last week! Tested out a 4:1 Ratio and went really well. Still slower than I'd like but at least now I have a baseline. Lost count in the beginning (first time using the Workout option on the Garmin) and ended up doing an extra mile without really noticing it :) Score!
