I know, I know. It's been too long. Every day I have at least these two things on my to-do list: 1.) workout 2.) DM post. I almost always manage to do the former but have slipped on the latter. Also, I haven't been running, and I can't help thinking that posting about other cardio workouts are lame. Oh, well. I'm lame.
Since I'm just getting back into my running routine, I'm following my patented RFS method. Haven't you heard of RFS? It's not too difficult; you just run really f'in slow.
