      Bravo to you for getting out there and running it! I've found the IT issues can usually be warded off by switching sides of the road periodically throughout the race. So many trail runners avoid road races like the plague, preferring the quiet to the crowds, but I kind of like the extra energy all the spectators and bands and craziness bring to the course!!!

      Now, TAKE CARE OF THAT IT BAND! :)
