This run never really got that easy. It actually started off okay, but calves felt stiff as I went along. I've been running in the evenings, and I only have one pair of longer running pants and that one is in the wash. I should try to keep a little warmer probably. Legs are feeling all kinds of stress, too I think. I have a few usual places that feel twinges, but it sort of changes from run to run. Kind of hard to figure out if I'm overdoing it in one area when it kind of backs off one week, and another one comes back. I've been switching shoes too, so I wonder if that's why?
