First weekday morning run in ages. Felt great toward the end, though in the beginning I was feeling stiff. The whole time I was contemplating what I'm going to do about that 20-miler this weekend. I haven't a lot of build-up running in the past few weeks, aside from the weekend long runs, and there were a couple that I had missed. Since I'd say I'm about a month behind on my training, I was considering just building up to the LA Marathon, treating it like my first 20 miler (plus). But it feels unpredictable. So I think I'm going to just set out this weekend and run as slow and as long as I could manage.
