    I find it pretty hard to walk much on days when i work - figure its because of the commute. I really should take a pedometer or something to see how much it is. 30 min is good enough!

    I discovered that the fastest I can really go while still working on the treadmill desk is 3.0. Definitely need to wear shoes for that speed though. I'm hoping I can keep this up...
