Oh fun. I might Try to do one of the local Amica 19.7's this fall. While I'm still recuperating, that's the only way I'll be able to force myself to not run too far :)

Just watch closely as your body is awesome at letting you know what it needs! Yes there are ebbs and flows, but sometimes when we have trained hard, it catches up to us! When is your tri?

YAY! My fastest 5K! Took out WAY to fast (passed the mile 1 marker at 8:23, but found out later it was placed a little prior to mile 1) and struggled toward the end, but overall felt a-ok =)
