    I was feeling severely unmotivated, but I got myself out there and was SO GLAD I did. The weather was a perfect early fall running day. The sunset was so amazing. It was so good to get out there.

      Excellent 5 miler, Liz. I have trouble staying on top of posting too. Some weeks there are not enough hours in the day - especially in the summer. The app may work because of the convenience.
