      I'm doing the June Lake Tri out in CA (http://www.highsierratri.org/junelake.html). Basically it's an excuse to visit some friends and then take a road trip out there. =)

      Just watch closely as your body is awesome at letting you know what it needs! Yes there are ebbs and flows, but sometimes when we have trained hard, it catches up to us! When is your tri?

    YAY! My fastest 5K! Took out WAY to fast (passed the mile 1 marker at 8:23, but found out later it was placed a little prior to mile 1) and struggled toward the end, but overall felt a-ok =)

    First swimming session for July's tri training. I got the distance done! (It's a very short sprint tri) It was slow and with a bunch of pauses, but happy!
