Booster run..20 min @ an easy pace 20 min @ half Marathon goal pace and 20 min easy. Turned out to be a nice run..I felt strong

hey Jeremy! yes, we did, it's been and continues to be challenging but we are riding the wave of discomfort and praying that things will smooth out in the near future.. how is are your little ones? training for anything?
