    I practiced a little discipline today in keeping the pace down. The heat and humidity kept the heart rate up though. My legs need a couple days off.

      Thank goodness there are state's attorneys out there to keep you safe. Dumbass has probably never ridden a day in his life and wants to give you a lecture on how to ride safe. What a clown. I always ride to the road side of the white line as well for the same reason. Nice ride though. Always feels good to break 20 mph.

    good morning to be in the pool. Main set was descending 4 sets of 3x100 on 1:45, 1:40, 1:35, 1:30. Held the pace well until the last set. Averaged about 1:32 for the 1200. fun workout.
